Summary:
The Cost Analyst will collect and analyze financial information related to the organizations materials input costs, seeking ways to improve the accuracy of direct and indirect cost factors affecting inventory carrying values.
POSITION
Responsibilities:
Maintain material cost related records.
Perform periodic material cost updates.
Analyze tolling orders and report consumption vs BOM Standard.
Perform monthly actual vs plan variance analysis.
Assist in budgeting of manufacturing cost centers for the annual plan.
Analysis of inventory aging & obsolescence.
Analyze inventory movements related to cycle counts, physical inventories, and job process orders.
Maintain fixed asset records and analyze depreciation.
Assist commercial team with costing customer quotes.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
POSITION
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Finance/Accounting degree required.
Minimum of three (3) years of related cost experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Previous experience with ERP systems, SAP preferredIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel is required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
