Job
Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure accuracy and efficiency during operations.
Assist with customer inquiries through all inbound calls.
Collaboratewith the Sales Team to accommodate customer orders Multitasking at a high volume.
Exhibits polite and professional communication.
Supports the team by performing tasks relative to the organization.
Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
Ensures completion of customer order worksheets, and creation of CXI Bill of Ladings.
Maintain constant communication with CXI Dispatcher.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking office stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies with manager.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Able to maneuver through clerical capabilities such as, typing, copying, scanning, reprinting, etc.
communicates with warehouse associates multiple times a day on order fulfillment questions, concerns, or any other related issues pertaining to outbound deliveries.
