Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus - Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests - Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements - Maintain a clean and organized host/host station - Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy Skills:
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred - Strong guest service skills and a friendly demeanor - Familiarity with Open Table system is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and tact - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Knowledge of basic hospitality principles If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, we would love to hear from you.
